Spotlight on Pastime Pillows

Since QuiltWoman.com is featuring Pastime Pillows today, I thought it would be a great opportunity to tell you about the kit.

Pastime Pillows contains two cross stitch patterns as well as instructions to make them into a pillow. Of course, if you don't like the design, you could substitute another, perhaps this?  Or you could use these designs in a quilt pattern, following this pattern. And of course, any quilt block could be substituted for the embroidery.

However, if you like it just how it is, and of course I do, here's what's in the kit:

5/8 yard turquoise fabric
5/8 yard pink floral fabric
3 yards trim (yellow crocheted and pink crocheted)
2 packages piping
10 skeins DMC floss
12" x 12" Aida 10 count fabric
18" x 18" 28 count linen
