Winner and the Sewing Girls!
It was our second 4-H sewing meeting this morning. The girls all did a lovely job of constructing their bags. On the other hand, I am exhausted! Good think my husband's taking me out to dinner tonight.
I didn't get everyone's pictures, but here are some. Lakin models her finished bag.

Caitlyn finishes her bag. Truly, I am utterly exhausted. But they all said they enjoyed it so it makes it worthwhile.

Oh, how fun! I learned to sew and quilt through 4-H and I finished my last year this summer. I enjoyed my 4-H years so much and I learned so many skills, including sewing!

ReplyDeleteI want to teach my daughter to sew but have not started yet. She is 7 and I am kinda worried about the fastness of the machine .... But hopefully we will have a try soon. :-)
