Uptown Girl Jacket

I saw the cutest pattern. It's called the Uptown Girl Jacket by Make it Perfect.
I hate to complain. But for a pattern called perfect . . .
It had no size chart. So I guessed. Anna is a skinny minny who can wear a size 4 around and usually a size 6 in length. So I made the size 6 around and the size 8 in length -- so she can grow. Normally a pattern that isn't pdf is all put together, but this one had to be pieced. And traced. Because the pattern was written on the fronts and backs of the sheets. I feel like the six was kind of tight, especially if she is wearing a long-sleeved shirt. Okay, end of complaining!
I added the ruffle and side pockets on this view. I added the front pockets on the other view.
Thank you Lord for the rain so it wasn't too hot when she had to wear a jacket in August!
The fabrics are Amanda Herring's Sugar and Spice for Riley Blake. And a small amount of a Sandi Henderson print. Anna picked them out.

Don't forget about Back to School in Style. Need some inspiration? Jessica made her daughter an entire fall wardrobe!

Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.        Luke 12:6-7

Love,
xoxo

And I totally understand your complaints ... I would be wondering too. And I always need the size chart as my daughter does not really fit the commercially available sizes ...
