The Agnes Tunic, Take 2

Here's the thing about Emilie. She has two cousins and an older sister who consistently hand clothes down to her. So honestly, she never really lacks for anything. But when she asked me where her Agnes Tunic was, I was happy to comply. After all, this is a fast, fast dress and I had enough left overs from Anna's dress to make it.
