Disappointment

Hi everyone! I am back to sewing, so hopefully I will have some things to show you this week. Without drawing this out, I wanted to let you know that a few weeks ago, Studio e called me and cancelled my contract. Evidently they can do that! Which sort of begs the question of what good was a contract anyway? You know I was really sad at first, but all along I had a bad feeling about them. And I certainly do not have their look. I am hoping very strongly to sign with another company and KNOW that it is all in God's hands. His timing is perfect. You know I'll let you know! That being said, if you bought the Honey Sweet cards from me, I am happy to refund your money.

    Isn't good to know that God is sovereign and has ALL things in control? And that we are told to cast our cares upon Him for He cares for us? Cast your cares and trust in Him, for He is faithful....

    im really sorry melissa...how discouraging that a contract can simply be disregarded like that. are you taking your fabric back to market in spring?

    It's like you said, it's really for the better. With everything that has happened with this "deal" between last year and now, it really is a blessing that this happened. I know it felt good to have a "home", but you didn't really feel at home there anyway. Now you have an opportunity to go back out there, find a company that fits you perfectly, and take off in this world feeling GOOD about what you're doing. I just know this is a good thing. I know it!
