and he will give you the desires of your heart.

So sorry, melissa! Hang in there-- it will all work out!
ReplyDeleteBummer! What is a contract anyway? I am sure that things will work out for the better in the end.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that Melissa. You are a great artist - you will succeed...it's all about the timing right?
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry. =(
ReplyDeleteIsn't good to know that God is sovereign and has ALL things in control? And that we are told to cast our cares upon Him for He cares for us? Cast your cares and trust in Him, for He is faithful....
im really sorry melissa...how discouraging that a contract can simply be disregarded like that. are you taking your fabric back to market in spring?
ReplyDeleteIt's like you said, it's really for the better. With everything that has happened with this "deal" between last year and now, it really is a blessing that this happened. I know it felt good to have a "home", but you didn't really feel at home there anyway. Now you have an opportunity to go back out there, find a company that fits you perfectly, and take off in this world feeling GOOD about what you're doing. I just know this is a good thing. I know it!
ReplyDeleteA window closes and a door opens Melissa...take care and chin up.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs girl! Your designs are wonderful, and I know another company will grab you up!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs to you! You have such great talent. Hang in there and remember that He has great plans for you. It's all in His hands :) Angie
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry but I'm sure there will be other openings in the future
ReplyDeleteSo much for contracts,eh?! No worries, God always has a plan and usually when stuff like this happens, it is because the plan is bigger and better! Press on my friend! You shine no matter what you do!
ReplyDeleteOh Melissa, I am so sorry. I pray that the Lord will encourage you and bring you the RIGHT company for your designs. You have a wonderful eye and heart and there is much good in your future.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure there was a reason things didn't work out, and that another avenue will open. Chin up, and go forth with faith.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear that, Melissa! You definitely have the right attitude about it. Chin up, you design such beautiful things and are very talented.
ReplyDeleteHang in there Melissa, things have a way of working out. I've been without a computer for a few days and I.m sorry to hear this news but better now than later.
ReplyDeletePeace
