Blogaversary Giveaway: Funky. Vintage. Lovely.

Good morning! Suppose we stop the fabric gifts for a moment. Is that okay? Every girl needs jewelry, right? And my friend April from Funky Vintage Lovely has offered us something funky, vintage and lovely from her shop.

First a little about April. What really drew me to April is how she lets it all hang out. She tells you all about her marriage and her special needs son. She doesn't come across as perfect, but extremely loving and gracious. I like that! Her husband even guest blogs for her sometimes. Now how many of us can say that?
She gets to go to awesome conferences like Creative Estates and has been nomiated as the Cirlcle of Moms Top 25. (You can vote for her.) And she's so darn cute!

    Went to visit her shop and loved the cake stand/dessert plate. Would make a lovely tablescape for Easter, mother's day or bridal showers...everything spring or feminine.

    I checked out her shop and I LOVE the 'you're a hoot' owl studs! I'm torn between cream or turquise - turquise is more fun but cream matches more items in the wardrobe...

    I love the stuff in her shop. But for some reason I am drawn to yellow, so my favorite is the Sweet + Simple Blossom Necklace Mustard Mum. It would go so well with all the yellow stuff I've been adding to my wardrobe as of late!

    Just visited the Aprils shop. I am partial to the mustard colored items. Namely the mum nacalace and mum stud earings. Also the mustard Dahlia ring. Yellow is such a springy color!
