Love is in the Air: A Week of Valentines Day Tutorials

The drawing is now closed. Feel free to continue to leave comments.
Do you love to give Valentines? I know I do. But I also like to give a little something that lasts. More than just candy or flowers. I decided to post what I make all week. A full week of tutorials, not all by me, but all cute, easy and perfect for your Valentine.

First off, Anna of Noodleheads gathered clutch tutorial. I'm sure you've seen this, but felt it was worth mentioning again because it's so darn cute! Here's how I changed it (I can never leave anything alone!): I added the little strap, gathered both the front and back and made that panel 16 x 6 so that it would have a little more gather and the 6 is so I could cut off a little extra in case it got wonky, which it did! I always have a little wonkiness when I gather.

This is for my 10 year old niece. I will fill it with art supplies as she loves to craft! I'll claim that trait.

Love is patient, love is kind. 1 Corinthians 13:4

Love,
xoxo

I'd like to make one of these too. But not till my new cabinets get here and installed. I love February because it's all about "love."

Cute little clutch, I hadn't seen that before, but think I'll be trying it soon. I'm looking for some good use-the-stash projects and these would make great gifts for my daughter and friends.
