Tah-dah! My new, clean sewing room is finished! Here it is:
I am so happy with this. It has always been a happy, sunny room but clean makes it so much nicer. It is organized. The closet doors shut. I can see out the window and out into my kids playroom all from one seat.
I made myself a Mother's Day gift this morning. I've been meaning to make Heather Bailey's Square Deal pincushion for quite some time. I finally did it and here it is:
Mom gave me a Mother's Day gift (is that allowed?): Starbucks chocolate covered espresso beans. I have them on my shelf and have been nibbling all day. I'm not a caffeine person, so I've been buzzing around today. She also gave me Bath and Body Works cherry blossom bath gel and lots of beautiful ribbon. What a perfect gift. Thanks Mom! And happy Mother's Day to you.
